Vets Go Wild
The Vets Go Wild module provides a ﬁeld based wildlife veterinary management programme for international veterinary students with an interest and passion for wildlife. The experience is both adventurous and educational with the main emphasis been on academic training and practical experience. Practical elements of the module may include game capture, translocation of game, the reintroduction of species into these reserves, diagnosis and treatment of diseases, animal husbandry at the Born Free Rescue and Education Centre, predator monitoring and much more.
Delve deeper into the world of conservation and achieve an accredited certiﬁcate, our hands-on courses are for you! Attend the courses to deepen your knowledge and understanding of the natural world and conservation, or use your qualiﬁcation as a career starter. For those who wish to learn or improve their English, we also offer language courses in South Africa.
