“Vets Go Wild was a truly life-changing experience! I would urge any vet student to beg, borrow or fundraise to get themselves to South Africa. Being up close with the wildlife and surrounded by the passionate people who protect them makes you appreciate the value of conservation of these treasured species. Getting hands-on experience under the guidance of the incredible veterinary team helped my confidence immensely. I’ve made friendships and memories that will last a long time and I hope to be back in the not so distant future!”
